He is survived by: his wife Anne Starsinic; his children, Michael Starsinic (Jennifer) and April Fulp (Thomas); his grandchildren, Damian (Daisy), Julianna, Isabella, Liam, Adam, Grace, Josephine and Jase; and his siblings, Gerald Starsinic and Patricia Joma (Antony). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Michael's memory may be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, 2361 Hylan Blvd., Staten Island, NY 10306.
