She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Rowan Sr. and Veronica Martndale. She is survived by: her children, Kelli Rowan and Jason Miller; her grandchildren, Johnathan Amato, Brianna Amato, Victoria Amato and Gabriella Amato; and her brother Charles Rowan Jr. (Maryetta). She is also survived by cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (1404 S 3rd St, Philadelphia, PA 19147). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
