He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael P. Kurmlavage and Maryann Kurmlavage (Mulholland). He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Kurmlavage (Wheat); his brothers, Michael M. Kurmlavage (Maria) and John L. Kurmlavage; his brother-in-law Daniel Wheat; his nieces and nephews, Vera, Barbara Rose, Michael and Christopher; and his goddaughters, Barbara Rose Dello Monache, Lisa Bristow Cecil and Alexandra Rodriguez (Zehner).
