She was predeceased by: her husband George W. Mitchell; and her daughter Barbara Mitchell. She is survived by: her children, Stephen W. Mitchell and Carol LaPointe; and her grandchildren, Lauren Zeglin, Stephen Sherman, Lesley Monk and Rebecca Cattell. She is also survived by her 5 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Lambie Funeral Home (8000 Rowland Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19136). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Washington Crossing National Cemetery (830 Highland Rd, Newtown, PA 18940).
