“I remember Marc as a young, conscientious new Detective. Marc was always upbeat and never had a bad word to say about anyone. Little did I know that when I renewed my permit a year ago it would be the last time we would speak. On the lighter side he gave me a bottle of home made red years ago. Oh boy, let’s just say I’m glad I was home when enjoying it. Rest in peace Marc . Next time we meet we’ll tell some stories.”
