He is survived by: his son Luis II; his wife Isavel Guzman-Ortiz; his children, Jeanette "Angie", Naomi, Hector, Edwin and Yamilet; his grandchildren, Zion, Clarisel, Genesis, John, Kiara, Luis III and Desiree; his great grandchildren, Nevaeh, Soleil, Samira, Jermiah, Joniel, Katar, Ethan, Chris, Eliana, Mya and Elaine; his mother Geronima; and his siblings, Maritza, Zoraida and Hector. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sylvan Abbey Funeral Home (2853 Sunset Point Rd, Clearwater, FL 33759).
