She was predeceased by: her siblings, Phillip (Marie), Nunzio, Joseph (Liz) and Helen Quieti. She is survived by: her husband John Formicola; her children, Gigi Andrew (Frank) and Lana Mesi (Joe); and her sister Diane Rotella (Pasquale). She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Monti-Rago Funeral Home (253135 S Broad St, Philadelphia, PA 19148). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
