She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony S. Pietrzak; her parents, Charles Scache and Winifred Scache; and her siblings, Achille, Richard and Charles.

She is survived by: her children, Winifred Coulombe (late Ronald), Anthony Pietrak (Stella), Stephen Pietrzak (Sandra), Matthew Pietrzak (Linda) and Maureen Litchfield (Ronnie).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Joseph's Manor, with special thanks for the care and support provided to Kay.
