He was predeceased by: his sisters, Arlene Bubb and Maryann Croquet. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his son Joseph T. Flanagan, III; and his siblings, Richard, John, Michael, Bobby, Stephen, Carolann Waskiewicz and Annamarie Flanagan.
Viewing was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:45 AM at the St. George's Church (2700 E Venango St, Philadelphia, PA 19134). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
