He was predeceased by: his brother James Shinneman. He is survived by: his parents, Daniel Shinneman and Rita Crowe Shinneman of Elkton, MD.; his daughters, Cecilia and Emilia Crowe; the parent of his children Jazmine of Philadelphia, PA; his sister Christina Shinneman of Elkton, MD; his nephew Nathan; his nieces, Tabatha and Anastasia; and his great-niece Rosemary.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hicks Home For Funerals (103 Stockton St, Elkton, MD 21921). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Attn: Memorial Giving at 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
