He is survived by: his son Eric O'Brien; his mother Brenda; and his siblings, Vincent (Kimberly), Patrick (Susan), Brenda (Robert), Kelly (John), David, Kimberly (George), Daniel, Mary (Michael), Shawn and Street. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Jerome RC Church (8100 Colfax St, Philadelphia, PA 19136).
