He is survived by: his children, Barbara Pizzo (George), Bill (Cookie), John (Maryann), Kathy, Steve (Cindy) and Jack (Sharon); his grandchildren, Edward Jr. (Mary), Christopher (Dawn), Alicia (Tim), George (Etana), Stacey (Wes), John Jr. (Kate), Jennifer (Michael), Devin (Kristen), Andrew (Brooke), Hannah and Amanda (Angelo); and his great grandchildren, Britney (Joey) of Ashley, CJ, Edward, Taylor, Jaxon, Tori, Maxwell, Wesley, Luciano, Grayson, Chayse, Alyssa, Brandon, Lucy, Ben and Sage.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in John's memory.
