He was predeceased by: his son John J. Hanrahan, III; his parents, John J. Hanrahan and Mary Hanrahan; and his sister Patricia Hanrahan. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hanrahan; his daughter Kathleen Swider (Jeff); his grandchildren, Emily, Jeffrey Swider, Michael, Daniel Renshaw and John J. Hanrahan, IV; and his siblings, Eileen Lucas (Paul) and Joseph Hanrahan (Lynn). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
