She was predeceased by: her husband Francis G Remolde (Reds); her parents, Theresa McMahon and Charles McMahon; and her sisters, Marie Mintzer and Catherine Minnick.
She is survived by: her daughters, Maureen Murphy (Bill), Kathy Lare (Jim) and Colleen Paluba (Steve); and her sister Jacqueline Shields. She is also survived by her twelve grandchildren, twenty-five great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Mother of Consolation Parish (9 E Chestnut Hill Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19118). A Mass was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Our Mother of Consolation Catholic Church (9 E Chestnut Hill Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19118).
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to Masonic Villages, 801 Ridge Pike Lafayette Hill, PA 19444 in memory of Joan Remolde.
