He is survived by: his spouse Maggin Allen Chandler; his parents, Rudolph B. Perry and Irene Chandler; his children, Evan, Jason, Jr., Jessika, Jasmine and Jacqueline; and his siblings, Sean, Curtis, Tamika and Erica.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Alfonso Cannon Funeral Chapels, Inc. (2315-19 N Broad St, Philadelphia, PA 19132).
