He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Bell, and Joseph Bell, Sr.; his siblings, Margaret "Peggy" Martini (Bell), Joseph "Sonny" and Charlotte Bell; and his daughter Jennifer.
He is survived by: his wife Janet; his children, Kimberly (Robert), James and Megan; and his grandchildren, Bobby (Aubrey) and Dojo.
