She was predeceased by: her husband Philip A Diaz, Sr.; and her parents, Jack and Helen. She is survived by: her children, Jackie Diaz-Barrett (Rich) and Paul Diaz; her brother John; and her cousin Barbara.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM and on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A Mass was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Maternity BVM Church (9220 Old Bustleton Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19115).
