He was predeceased by : his parents, John Cummings, Sr. and Regina. He is survived by : his sister Patricia Fischer (David); his nephews, Sean Fischer (Irena) and Kevin Fischer (Megan); his niece Kathleen Chang (Richard); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ava, Arden, Avery and Violet.
