She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Kumor and Victoria Kumor; and her grandson Michael J. Layden Jr.. She is survived by: her husband John J. Layden; her children, John P. Layden (Valerie), Michael J. Layden (Christine) and Colleen Layden; her grandchildren, Caroline Layden, Christine Layden, Kathleen Frazier (Christian), Michelle Parmigiani (Christopher), Scott Albert (Sophie Cheetham) and Eric Albert; her great grandchildren, Nicholas, Gabrielle, Michaela, Noah, Dominic, Freya and Bodhi; and her sister-in-law Marjorie Wilson.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Slabinski Sucharski Funeral Home (2614 Orthodox St, Philadelphia, PA 19137). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John Cantius Church (4320 E Thompson St, Philadelphia, PA 19137).
