It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ida I. Cole (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania), who passed away on March 21, 2025, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband William Cole; her daughter Marie Seltzer (Jeff); her parents, Orazio Zaffiri and Maria Zaffiri; and her siblings, Romeo Zaffiri, Mary Kamariotis and Robert Zaffiri.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Cole (Gina) and Adrienne Divon (Peter); her grandchildren, Melissa Cole, Adam Seltzer (Meghan), Adriene Aker (Ryan), Alex Manion (Will), Liam and Paige Divon; her great grandchild Hayden Seltzer; and her sister Vilma McGrath. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church (819 Cathedral Rd, Philadelphia, PA 19128). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
