He is survived by: his children, Fedele "Fred" Moffa III (Theresa), Jayne "Susie" Burket and Michael Moffa; his grandchildren, Jessica (Jason), Gary, Fedele IV, Michael (Gina), Theresa (James), Heather, Carolyn and Francis (Melissa); his great grandchildren, Victoria, Giovanni, James, Krista, Fedele V, Braylee, Annaleigh, Michael, Lili, Dejea, Jayden, Ariella, Jackson, Isabella, Elizabeth and Anthony; his stepdaughter Melissa Donia; and his great great grandchild Ryan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
