We are sad to announce that on November 14, 2024, at the age of 71, Frank J La Fontano Jr. (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Beatrice Burris, Robert Augustine "Gus" and Richard LaFontano. He is survived by: his children, Frank LaFontana (Danielle), Vena LaFontano and Donnarita LaFontano (Louis Santiago); his grandchildren, Frank Froio (Victoria), Victoria Maiellano, Matthew Kush, Brandan Santiago and Ava Santiago; his sisters, Brenda Galioto (Tony) and Violet Bobo (Mitch); and his significant other Patricia Spisak. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren, loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Monti-Rago Funeral Home (253135 S Broad St, Philadelphia, PA 19148). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 7:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, family requests contributions be made in his memory to American Heart Association, 1617 John F Kennedy Blvd # 700, Philadelphia, PA 19103.
