We are sad to announce that on April 12, 2025, at the age of 66, Francis M. Atkinson (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Francis shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Francis farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Linda; his children, Tracy, Kimberly and Michelle; and his brothers, Mark, Paul, Joseph and Michael Atkinson.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Katherine of Siena Church (9700 Frankford Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19114). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
