We are sad to announce that on May 15, 2024, Elizabeth Pierce of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Elizabeth shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Elizabeth farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Rholand Rennebaum and Mary Ann Rennebaum; and her sister Linda Burke (Thomas). She is survived by: her son Jay Pierce (Traci); her sister-in-law Margaret Nugent; and her parent-in-law Marion Pierce.

Please omit flowers and kindly consider donations in Elizabeth's memory to the SPCA (350 E. Erie Ave. Phila., Pa 19134).

“She was always there for all members of our family, she was at every special event. She was big sister to some , second mom to some and she was our mom’s best friend. I can’t even remember a time when Betsy wasn’t in our lives. She helped us in more ways than she probably ever realized. We loved her so much and will miss her. Jay was lucky to have her as his mom and our hearts break for him today. .”
