In the sacred silence of farewell, Eileen is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph and Mildred; and her siblings, Joseph Smith (Margaret) and Carol Gaul. She is survived by: her siblings, William Smith (Lila), Lawrence Smith (Katherine) and Dolores McQuilkin (Charles); her godchildren, Chuck McQuilkin, Linda Huff and Erin Smith; and her friend Barbara Huff. She is also survived by nephews, great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 8:15 AM to 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church (2317 S 3rd St, Philadelphia, PA 19148). A Mass was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
