It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Lee Van Winkle (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania), who passed away on February 28, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Kathy McDonnell; his child Major Lee Van Winkle; and his sibling Gail Lardani. He is survived by: his daughter Linda Cylc (David); his sister Gloria VanWinkle; his siblings-in-law, Millie McDonnell, Reenie McDonnell and Charlie Ingui; and also Jamie McDonnell.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to be made to Gloria Dei Old Sweeds Church, 916 Swanson St., Philadelphia, Pa 19147.
