Costello, Jr. (Debra), Marilyn Fischer (Mark), Susan DiSalvio (Joseph), Paul Costello and Thomas Costello, Sr. (Annemarie); her grandchildren, Linda (Chris), Mark (Lauren), Michael (Katie), Fran (Amber), Joe (Tiffany), Matthew (Maggie), Kimberly (Tony), Christina (Kevin), Patrick (Sarah), Christopher (Claire), Josie and Thomas Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Christopher, Ella, Drew, Lily, Isla, Jack, Ryan, Duke, Gianna, Vincent, Aletta, Haley, Madelyn, Peggy, Caroline, Chip, Gio, Wyatt, Wesley and William.
She is survived by: her sister Marilyn Kelleher; and her caregiver Debbie O'Connor. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Dominic Church (8504 Frankford Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19136). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 12:15 PM at the St. Dominic Cemetery (8504 Frankford Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19136).
