He was predeceased by: his mother Lisa; his sister Kristen Ewa; his grandparents, Charles Line, Phyllis, Charles Klienz, Helene (Ronald Frederico) and Rosalie (Raymond Tonietti); his uncle Raymond Tonietti, Jr.; and his cousin Stephen Costa.
He is survived by: his father Dennis Edward Klukiewski, Jr.; his fiancée Christine Youst; his children, Zachary, Alexander, Kylo, Evie, Alexianna, Brayden and Lucas; his siblings, Peter (Esther), Adam (Patrycja) and Dana M. Klukiewski; his aunts and uncles, Danny Lind (Maria), Dawn Young (Benjamin), Donna Weaver, Debbie Capuano (Jimmy), Edward Klukiewski (Karen McAllister), Regina Tresoikas (John), Michael Klukiewski (Catherine), Anthony Klukiewski (Kristina), Ronald Frederico and Joseph Bolc; his cousins, Anthony Innaurato (Allison), Courtney, Justin, Kara Lee, Kelsey, Nicky, Valerie, Dane Klukiewski, Shaun Kubiak, Devin Lind, Alfred Morrone, Jessica, Benjamin, Christopher, Alana Young, Warren (Danielle), Michael Carmichael, Shannon and Jimmy Hudson; his nieces and nephews, Juliana, Petey, Kristen, Nicky, Adam Jr., Anthony Jr., Carter Innaurato, Joseph Youst, Josh, Lester, Wyatt, Luk, Cole and Jaxon Good; his siblings, Francis Youst, Lester Good (Corrine) and Jonathan McLaurin; his grandmother Barbara Klukiewski; and his family Peter.
Viewing will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church (1404 S 3rd St, Philadelphia, PA 19147). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, Dennis's family ask for donations be made directly to Rachubinski Funeral Home to help defray the cost of their sudden and tragic hardship.
