He was predeceased by: his parents, Guillermo and Amelita; and his brother Jaime. He is survived by: his wife Anita Fernando; his children, Catherine (Melvin) and Abraham; his grandson Avery; and his sisters, Alicia Gaerlan (Eduardo), Athena Manalac (Cesar) and Amelia Woodard (Darryl). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
