With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Clarence Lee Wilkins Sr. of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 4, 2024 at the age of 88. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Wilkins and Mamie Gardiner of Chester. He is survived by: his stepfather James Gardiner; his children, Billy Williams, Clarence Wilkins, Jr., Charmaine Wilkins-Poe, Sheila Dickerson and James Wilkins; and his children-in-law, Leila L. Williams, Lisa Wilkins, Nedra Wilkins and Henry Dickerson. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
