He is survived by: his wife Maaike Heitkönig Hickok; his daughter Lauren Hickok; his brother Peter Hickok (Leslie Hickok); his nieces, Kathryne Hickok (Nabil Bani) and Caroline Hickok Barstow (Steven Barstow II); his great-nephew Nelson Barstow; his great-niece Eloise Barstow; his niece Ashley Hickok Smith (Mark Smith); his nephews, William Orville Hickok VI and Judd Hickok; his great-nephews, Mark Smith, William Orville Hickok VII and John Hickok; and his great-niece Corinne Smith.
