He was predeceased by: his parent Helen Horan. He is survived by: his sister Joan Garlick; his nephew Bill Garlick; his niece Karen Garlick; his great-nephew Tyler; his great-niece KayLee; and his cousin Maryanne Huganir.
According to Chuck's wishes the family is requesting donations be made in his memory to the Women's Animal Center 3839 Richelieu Road Bensalem, PA 19020.
