It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles W. Herman (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania), who passed away on February 10, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn, his only daughter, Elizabeth A. Herman, several nieces, nephews and friends. Charles was born in Philadelphia, the (Fishtown) neighborhood to Frank and Mabel Herman. He had an older sister, Theresa Herman and an older brother Frank J. Herman Jr. He attended Holy Name of Jesus School and Penn Treaty High School. He worked for Mushroom Transportation for almost 30 years and belonged to the Teamsters Local 107. He enjoyed the local sports teams, especially the Phillies and Eagles.. He liked going to the casinos, to Flea Markets, playing the numbers, and going out to enjoy a good meal.
