He was predeceased by: his parents, Barney Kaminsky and Celia Kaminsky (Dissin); and his brother Brian (Mary). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Kaminsky (Germscheid); his stepmother Barbara Kaminsky (Nones); his brother Allen (Barbara); and his sister-in-law Mary Ellen Malek (Glenn).
