He was predeceased by: his wife Helene Devlin; his son Bernard Devlin; and his grandson Brian. He is survived by: his children, Helene J. Niessen (Tom), Mike Devlin (Gina), Tom Devlin (Melanie) and Joe Devlin (Theresa); his grandchildren, Tom, Timothy, Anthony, Mike, Jr., Jason, Matthew, Lauren, Dominic, Cassidy, Samantha, Joe, Jr. and Katie; and his sister Frances Loughlin.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Timothy RC Church. A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
