Barbara M. Vacante Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 22, 2025, at the age of 78, Barbara M. Vacante of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her significant other Marty; her parents, John and Marguerite; and her sister Patricia. She is survived by: her siblings, Marguerite (late Bill), John (Stefanie) and Kathleen (Joseph); her caregiver Colleen; and her siblings-in-law, Sandy and Andy. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, including her niece.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Anselm Catholic Church (12670 Dunks Ferry Rd, Philadelphia, PA 19154). A Mass will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Barbara's memory.
