Andrew J. Schafer Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Andrew J. Schafer of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 24, 2025 at the age of 51. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Andrew J. Schafer to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his father Stephen Robb. He is survived by: his wife Diana Schafer; his sons, Matthew Ciaccia (Andrew Jacobsen), Andrew Schafer Jr. and Aidan Schafer; his mother Elaine Robb; his sisters, Renee Gray and Rebecca Johnson (Derrell); his nieces and nephews, Morgan, Riley and Avery; and his pet Thor.

Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at 9220 Old Bustleton Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19115.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Drew's name to the Glioblastoma Research Organization.
