He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethel Rhine and Alvin Norman Rhine Sr.; and also Rosemary Rhine. He is survived by: his sister Doris (Lonnie); his daughters, Robin (Jeff), Kelly (Kenny), Theresa (Dave) and Linda (Mark); his grandchildren, Richie (Suzann), Anthony (Emily), Ryan (Ashley), Brandon (Julia), Dylan, Alex, Abby and Deegan; and his great grandchildren, Frankie and Josie.
