He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl J. Sr. Rottman and Dorothy Mae Hazlett Rottman; his daughter Renee; his sister Donna; and his brother-in-law Frank Snow.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn A. DeWoody Rottman; his son Brian K. Rottman of Petrolia; his sisters, Joan Wagner (Jim) of Carlisle, Sylvia Dedus (Donald) of Hazelton and Helen Snow of North Washington; his siblings-in-law, Kay and Ken Kehm of Frankfort Springs; and his friend Matthew Boswk of Petrolia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
