It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Karl Joseph Rottman Jr. of Petrolia, Pennsylvania, born in Fairview, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 6, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl J. Sr. Rottman and Dorothy Mae Hazlett Rottman; his daughter Renee; his sister Donna; and his brother-in-law Frank Snow.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn A. DeWoody Rottman; his son Brian K. Rottman of Petrolia; his sisters, Joan Wagner (Jim) of Carlisle, Sylvia Dedus (Donald) of Hazelton and Helen Snow of North Washington; his siblings-in-law, Kay and Ken Kehm of Frankfort Springs; and his friend Matthew Boswk of Petrolia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Martinsburg Church of Bruin (128 Main St, Bruin, PA 16022).
