He is survived by: his wife Sherry Waltz (Horner); and his children, Denise Cantwell, Sabrina Waltz, Jeremy Waltz and Kristie Miller. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two brothers; and two sisters.
