Barbara L. Lightner Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara L. Lightner (Petersburg, Pennsylvania), born in Tyrone, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 7, 2020 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Welch and Luetta Welch (Walker) of Port Matilda; her husband Donald E. Lightner; and her brother Daniel Welch. She is survived by: her daughters, Robine Bloom (William) of Petersburg and Donna Lightner of Petersburg; her grandsons, Bill Bloom of Uniontown, Matthew Bloom of Bedford and Jared Bloom of Hyndman; and her sisters, Pat Goss (Theodore) of Juniata and Nancy McCloskey of Port Matilda.
