Severyn (Marjorie) of Pittsburgh, Jeffrey A. Severyn (Kathy Holtzer) of Greensburg and Bradley J. Severyn of Houston; and her brothers, Regis Havelka, Stanley Havelka, Ray Havelka, Gerald Havelka and Emanuel Havelka. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, two great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
