She was predeceased by: her sister Joyce Tomasino (Tony); and her parents, James Gerst and Janet Gerst. She is survived by: her husband Anthony P. Malanos; her children, Jenna Malanos and Anthony James "AJ" Malanos; and her sisters, Cathie Clemmer (Bob), Sharen Lenkey and Janet James (Mark). She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
