Carolyn Sulkowski Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 24, 2021, at the age of 93, Carolyn Sulkowski of Peters, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene L. Sulkowski; her brother Dr. Michael Mitchell; and her parents, Peter Chronis and Antoinette Chronis. She is survived by: her daughters, Toni J. Sulkowski and Carol DeBerardinis (Marty); her grandchildren, Katelyn DeBerardinis (Jeremey Harris), Anna Pedroni (Jesse) and Martin DeBerardinis; and her sisters, Kathryn Mitchell and JoAnn Chacona. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great great nieces and nephews.
