She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph McKibben and Margaret McKibben (Harris); her husband Robert R. Urban MD; and her daughter Cynthia Ward. She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Aylsworth of Morgantown, WV, Emily Myklebust (Ken) of Apollo, Ken Urban (Louise) of Rostraver, Molly Quigley (William) of New Castle, Chris Urban (Margaret) of Centre Hall and Jennifer Peternel (Kurt) of Monongahela; her son-in-law Jeffrey Ward of Delaware, OH; and her grandchildren, Kelly, Alexander, Madalyn, Sarah, Elizabeth, Nicholas, Laura, William, Alan, Elijah and Magdalena. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
