He is survived by: his wife Betty Carol Harbarger West; his daughter-in-law Sherri West (Bable); his daughter Kathy (West); his son-in-law Scott Chaw of Perryopolis; his daughter Karen West; his daughter-in-law Donna West (Parthemer); his sisters, Alma Taylor (Roy), Sharon Hogg (Scott) and Vivian Conn (West); his siblings-in-law, Robert Balentine and Emma West (Rebottini); and his grandchildren, Thomas Lee West, Cristiana West, Joshua West, Amanda West, Arlene West, Amy Hoover (West), Ronald P. West Jr., Thomas D. West, Christopher West, Renee Chaw, Ryan Chaw and Riley Chaw. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
