He is survived by: his children, Ashley Sumey (John) of Connellsville, Matthew Burkholder (Jody) of Vanderbilt, Shane Burkholder of Connellsville and Jacob Burkholder of Somerset; his grandchildren, Nolan, Braylee, Hunter, Arianna, Jonathon and Aunica; and his siblings, Michelle Friguglietti (Domenic) of Connellsville, Amy Bauer (Ray) of Pittsburgh, Tracy Burkholder of Connellsville and Tim Burkholder (Sandi) of Wisconsin.
