It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger Lee Baldwin of Perryopolis, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 25, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kenneth Baldwin, Sr. and Shirley Irene Shaffer Baldwin. He is survived by: his siblings, Neka Kay Giles of Layton and Joseph Kenneth Baldwin, Jr. (Brenda) of Connellsville; and his nieces, Tiffany Smith (Brian) of Perryopolis, Ashley Wright (Randy) of Charleroi and Megan Walliser (Brad) of Ohio.
