It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Neil Thomas Bilohlavek of Perryopolis, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 30, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Margaret, James Hazy, Stephen Szabo, Theresa and Andrew Bilohlavek.

He is survived by: his parents, Barbara Bilohlavek of Perryopolis and Thomas Bilohlavek of Mesa, AZ; his sisters, Colette Sandzimier (Michael) of Perryopolis and Felicia Powell (V. Gregory) of Sewickley, PA; his nephews, Blake and Clayton Powell; and his cousin Dennis (Jimmy).
