She was predeceased by: her parents, John Onofrey and Helen Corbish Onofrey; and her husband Joseph Olexa. She is survived by: her sons, Joseph P. Olexa (Vallerie) of Smithfield, John A. (Celine Olexa) and Brian T. Olexa of Uniontown; her sisters, Marylou (Richard Kohut), Lynn Sabol of Greensburg and Nancy (Richard Gearing); and her granddaughters, Cassandra Hays and Genevieve Olexa. She is also survived by six great grandchildren, and three nieces.
